In today’s economic environment, law firms are finding it essential to improve workflows - firms and staff are being asked to do more with less - creating the necessity of process improvement. These improvement processes often involve solutions for automated docket and calendar software, court forms and document management, and electronic court filing. American LegalNet offers a “Desktop to Courthouse” software suite that can help firms increase workflow efficiency, minimize risk and reduce cost. If you are aware of law firms that would benefit from our technology, and you are able to put us in contact with the firm, you may qualify to receive a referral bonus.

Referral Bonuses

We offer two types of bonuses to our registered affiliates for referring law firms to us:

1. Demo Lead Referral Bonus. You qualify for a demo referral bonus if you meet the following criteria:

   • Provide us with a pre-qualified demo lead who is expecting to hear from us
   • The lead must have a potential need for our Desktop to Courthouse WorkFlow solutions
   • The lead will accept our call and allow us to setup a demo for their firm to review our solutions

2. Signing Bonus. As a registered affiliate, you qualify for a signing bonus if the firm you referred for a demo in step 1 above subscribes to American LegalNet’s solutions.

Who is Eligible to Refer a Demo Lead?

To become eligible to refer demo leads, you need to register as a member of the American LegalNet Affiliate Program by submitting your contact information. Once you register and are approved, you will become eligible to receive bonuses based on the above criteria. Affiliate Program Registration

Identifying Lead Opportunities

Registered affiliates who are in contact with law firms can identify whether a firm could benefit from using American LegalNet’s “Desktop to Courthouse” WorkFlow solutions as follows.

Does the firm:

• Print the forms and fill them out manually?
• Need centralized, hosted and managed access to the largest library of federal, state and agency forms?
• Want to have access to fillable Word and PDF forms that are automatically populated with case, matter and attorney information?
• Need to prevent legal malpractice?
• Need to automate docketing (with court rules) and calendaring requirements?
• Need to minimize the risks that are associated with missed requirements or critical deadlines?
• Need to increase workflow efficiency, minimize risk and reduce cost?

Register a Demo Lead

To submit a demo lead, you need to register the lead information. Once you submit the demo lead information, we will review the lead for an “approved” or “not approved” status. A firm might not be approved for several reasons: they are already a customer of ALN, they are an active prospect of ALN or another affiliate has already submitted this demo lead. Terms

1. To be eligible for a referral bonus, the affiliate member must ensure that the CFO or key decision maker is included in the demo.
2. The referral bonus will be paid 30 days after the demo takes place at the firm with qualified contacts.
3. To be eligible for a Signing Bonus, the referred firm must sign an American Legal Net Agreement within six months of the initial referral date.
4. The Signing Bonus will be paid 30 days after the referred firm signs the American LegalNet Agreement.
